Documents with air shipment refer to the documents required for abroad customs clearance or other purposes when a batch of goods is exported from China by air freight, which shall be sent on the same air freight with the goods. Generally including packing lists, invoices or certificates of origin, certificates of quality, health certificates, etc. These documents are generally sent with goods by request of foreign customers. 1． Customs clearance at the destination port

For example, packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, etc. are all used for customs clearance at the destination port for air freight from China. The certificates of origin, especially preferential certificates of origin, are mainly be utilized to apply for tariff reduction or preferential treatment.

The documents with air shipment required by the customers are to be utilized by the customers during customs clearance for air freight from China; while the documents with air shipment required by the destination port agency (DDU, DDP clauses, etc.) are to be utilized by the destination port agency during customs clearance for air freight from China.
